Quick Sunday!

Woke up at 4 AM in the morning after having only 4 hrs of sleep the previous night. Opened Google Maps to check the route to the local Zoo. I had enrolled for a zoo photo-walk program today with bird watchers society of Hyderabad. Reached the zoo as early as 6 AM in the morning, after a comfortable 30 min ride from home. We were allowed to enter early as we had special permissions. The common public would be allowed only from 8 AM in the morning.

Since it is summer here, the light came up quite early. It was nice to click birds and animals in the morning light. Later spent some time at butterfly park clicking some colorful butterflies. By 9 AM the light had became quite harsh and we decided to pack up. We reached a breakfast point to have some snacks. Suddenly I noticed this peacock opening its feathers, seeking all the attention. I just rushed to the spot to capture this photograph.

Later in the afternoon at home, the LOST marathon continued. Almost completed Season 1 by evening. Rest of the evening was dedicated to watching Cricket matches in TV.

The Sunday just rushed fast this time. Now I need to catch up some rest to gear up for the next working week. How was your Sunday? Hope you had a good one too ...
