Trying out other ppls ideas

Saw some of these shots around the internet. Usually using old records, but sometimes other faces or bodies.

A quick test from my side. The dark room made it quite hard, because i can easily shoot in low light using f/1.4, but the small DOF is killing when you want to do a trick like this. Flash, the solution i used this try-out, is far from trivial. If you "just plain old flash", you get a white piece of paper. So some extention, semi indirect flashing and a bit of luck where needed.

Result isn't too great i admit, but it was mostly just playing around and seeing if i could achieve the effect. If i find some old records i might do more :D
