Old shoes

We went and bought our youngest new shoes today. We have been trying to get to the shoe shop for the last couple of weeks and it turns out we definitely should have been there sooner!

The wee soul has been walking about in shoes 1 & 1/2 sizes too small for him...OOOOPS! This shot is of the offending wee pair of shoes! They were also his first pair of proper shoes so they will be going away in his keepsake box. I am sure the children will thank me for all the boxes of keepsakes they will be presented with to clutter up their attics when they leave us!

He's all sorted now though with a brand new pair of Geox trainers..his older brothers were petitioning on his behalf!

We are all a wee bitty tired today after our partying last night but considering the children were very late in bed our excursion to the town was actually quite good and well behaved...no tantrums when they were told we could not purchase every second thing they saw:-)

I think though an early night is called for this evening.
