Flight of the Phoenix?

The Peacock has been in Newhaven as long as I can remember, on a little walk past this evening after a wee cheeky pint in the Old Chain Pier with SJ I noticed it looked a bit, well, closed. I ran over the road to take a closer look. Sure enough it is. Looks like this peacock has lost its plumage.
