i am becoming a slave to this thing

64km today (40-odd miles, but of course, km sounds further) which is a long way just going to work and back

you see, like many of the cyclists i know, i record how far i go each day. i know it is sad and anal but it is just something we do to further justify the pain of two and a bit hours of pedalling

anyway, having done 64km today, i'm now in front of where i was this time last year (i was actually in Morocco this time last year but you get what i mean...)
