Grounded

The picture at Gloucestershire Airport today. A cloudless blue sky, free of planes and vapour trails, all non-essential UK planes grounded due to ash from the now infamous Icelandic volcano, the airport and surrounding skies eerily quiet*. No hustle and bustle as the runway lies deserted.

*oh hang on, this is Gloucestershire, not Heathrow, apparently it?s always like this ...
