USPS, a name you can count on...

Add this one to the list of USPS casualties...at least is still made it here. My favorite part is that when I went down to the post office to pay additional postage after receiving a not in my box was that the response was "well let me see if I can find it." Are they regularly losing mail in addition to tearing it apart?
