All good plans...

...went right royally out the window last night when I had to unexpectedly spend the whole evening in A&E with Chuckles here, when he decided it would be a good idea to create a proper good hole in his head by bashing it off the base of the bannister. Hmmm. Luckily for him, all good holes are soon fixed with Calpol and 'stickers'. Didn't stop it oozing all night though so this is the result today, looks like something out of a horror movie.

Very tired today, as hubby and I had to keep an hourly vigil through the night on the wee man to make sure he was still 'responsive' - wow, doctors fill you with so much confidence. Still, quite clearly hasn't affected him too much as he's been singing and dancing with the best of them today!

Have already put a bottle of wine in the fridge to have later to ease the leaden legs, although it may well send me to sleep on the sofa... :-)
