Finley & Ethan

Today, we set off on Ethans first holiday "abroad" as we're now in England!

We stopped off at my friend Carolines house in Annan on the way down and it was fab to see her and her boys. It also enabled me to feed Ethan and do a nappy change before continuing the journey south. Including our stop at Annan, the journey took about 6 hours and Ethan was a wee star - not a peep out of him the whole time.

We're staying with my friend Paula in Leeds. She has a 2 year old son,Finley, who has been so excited to meet Ethan for the first time. As Finley has a baby brother due in the next month, it's good practice for him being around a young baby. He has been so kind and gentle with Ethan - it's lovely to see.

Just this week, Ethan has started sleeping through the night from about 10pm - 5.30am. I'm hoping that sleeping somewhere different in a borrowed moses basket rather than his crib won't upset this new routine. Wish me luck!
