Summer creeping in

Since I moved house I've been enjoying being able to walk home from work sometimes, and this week I've been walking to work each morning, which has been a lovely experience with the bright weather and clear skies (I found out today that it's a 5.5-mile round trip, not bad!). It's a great way to start the day, especially when accompanied by some class tunes. Today the music of choice was Mumford & Sons' 'Sigh No More' album - so wonderful.

These are some postcards I have on my wall, 4 of which are by an illustrator called Mandy Sutcliffe - I love her work, and have given postcards and prints as gifts to several people. She has a great style, and brings out a childlike innocence and playfulness in her pictures that I really enjoy. (I also enjoy that the top left one is titled "I like your bow", and the matching one on the middle-right is called "I like your hat")
