Duck Baker

Went on a whim to see Duck Baker at the Cameo with some friends tonight. I'd never heard of him before, but apparently he's "one of American folk music?s best guitar players". He was fairly good, and quite funny in between the tunes. His repertoire was impressive, and he covered a lot of areas of influence on American folk, blues and jazz. It was all enjoyable enough, but I actually found his guitar playing a little sloppy. For someone with the reputation he seems to have, I was a bit surprised. Worth investigating further though.

Afterwards, I went for "one more pint". Ended up being three more, and I was still drinking at 1am in the Blue Blazer. Not good for a school night, but a good laugh.
