Swing your pants

At work there is a bookshelf where people donate old books they no longer want, which can be bought for a suitable donation to collection tin for the local hospice. Today, instead of walking past as I have done every day for years, I stopped, paid 10p, picked up this book, and it was mine.

I have no idea why I did this. Was I procrastinating, looking for a few minutes' extra distraction to stop me from revising in my lunch hour? Have I started to look a little too hard for photo blog subjects, starting to spot anything that would look interesting in portrait format and snapped by an iPhone? Was I just looking for a bit of 80s nostalgia to remind me of silly UK teenage humour in the 1980s? (this book will mean very little to you unless you are of a certain age and grew up in the UK).

Probably a bit of all three. I haven?t actually opened the book yet and probably never will.
