Who's a black sheep then?

Rather than being out-cast, I tend to think of them standing out from the crowd.

Well it makes me feel better anyway.

My brother reckons he is the black sheep, but because I have 3 (brothers that is) they will have to imagine which is which, but I reckon it's my title in the family and he can go and get raffled.

Bit tired after a full day and I have a new piece of equipment.

Clues;

You should be able to make dropped scones on this, but it's not hot.
Where it sits is hot.
It keeps it together and holds it tight.
