Contrasts

A study in contrasts between the spring flowers at a 3500 foot elevation and the mountain snows at 9000 feet. Saguaro cactus grows up to about 4000 feet above sea level. The penstemon also thrive IF there has been a lot of rain during the winter. This has been a good year for spring wildflowers.
