Splashing about

It was so sunny and warm today that though the dogs might like to go for a swim. Belle had lots of fun while Seb looked on. He doesnt like getting his hair wet.
Went down to Rhayader ths morning. Really pretty place and saw some red kites swooping but they wouldnt pose for a blip.
Another good training bike ride today up and round the valley. The hills are not getting much easier yet. 2 weeks to go! see link
