The Leaning Tower of Aksai

This tower was described to me as "Aksai's Eiffel Tower".

He was exaggerating!

I was mucking about with my camera tonight after dinner (a delicious curry as it happens), and saw the sun setting behind this telecom tower (I presume). I had the camera set to b+w with a colour accent.

Today, I have been travelling (I seem to have become a bit of a prolific traveler over the last 2 years) to Uralsk, and then on to Aksai. Left my apartment at 6am, arrived at my destination at 3pm, did 3 hours of dull-grading, and then back to the hotel...and out for supper! I am shattered! To cap it all off, I only have one full day here, and then I am back to Almaty...seems to have been a bit of a wasted week to be honest!

Still, I am getting to see some cool stuff out here...will post up on flickr...
