Steve & Sally

The Man has been commuting to work on his mountain bike which is not very efficient and simply not good for the beast. So we've been looking for a nice 10 speed to solve the problem. And we looked and looked and found nothing. Here comes Craigslist to save the day.
It was one of those posts that you're skeptical about. "Wow, that is A LOT of exclamation points..." But we had to try, we had no where else to go.

Turns out the seller is the son of the man my husband bought refurbished bikes from growing up. A quick 45 minute trip and what do we have? Bikes for both of us. And of course they are even the same freaking color.

We have an addiction.

As a joke we name things. These bikes are named Steven and Sally. Why? Once the Man was talking about a Steve & Sally and to me it sounded like he said 'Steven Sally' and I thought the poor man's middle name was Sally.
Yeah.
