Who says the foreground needs to be the focal point? Not I. I love to see my old camera still perform admirably.

Speaking of cameras, I think I've settled on my next investment. While I've fallen madly in love with the Lumix GF1, (Pancake lenses! Small body size! LOVE!) it is out of my budget. The camera I use now is a Lumix from 2005 and love the brand quality.
But I'm thinking of going with the Canon G11. I've been able to see one in a store (there are no camera shops here, just big box stores, so finding a model I can actually hold before I purchase is nice). It has some frills I don't need but might discover I love. Rotating LCD... sure. Why not.
It'll tide me over until that Lumix can be mine.
