Blue Monday

One of those gorgeous mornings with blue skies that makes you so glad you're not going in to work. What am I talking about?? Was I ever glad to be going into work???
After a trip to the gym on my dirt encrusted bike, I sat out reading Ian Mitchell's "Isles of the West". Later on took a very warm walk down the canal to the Cameo. No photo this week, but Kick-Ass is very laugh out loud funny, as young people would say.
I see This Week has gone twice weekly for the duration of election. That's the good news. The bad news is that insufferably pompous windbag David Starkey is first up tonight. As one Twitterer commented, "[David Starkey has] spent so long studying the lives of pompous priggish royals that he has become one, by some sort of historical osmosis".
Rant over, aff for a cup of tea.
