My Brother

My brother has been a fireman for years. When I mentioned that I had joined blipfoto and needed a blip a day he offered to take me to his station! What a guy. The engine was out but he let me wander around for a bit. The station is a fascinating place.

When asked he reluctantly put his uniform on for me to photograph. He also let me see a car that he and the guys had had to cut up. A nice new BMW that had to be chopped up so that the driver could get out. Thankfully no one was really hurt, but thought it would be in bad taste to put it up here.

I love my brother, but he kind of spoiled that whole uniform fantasy thing I had. It?s hard to fancy a fireman?s uniform when your brother wears one!
