Bristol.....

I took myself off to Bristol today - I'd decided yesterday that I could choose from Cardiff, Bath, Oxford or Bristol and Bristol won.

It was a good day - I managed to grab the 10.25am train - 40 minutes trip and pottered in a very aimless fashion until just after 4pm when I made my way back to the station, grabbed the 4.30pm train home.

Lots of snaps taken around and about and I was rather pleased that when visiting the cathedral and another church, that they were more than happy for photos to be taken - no charge made and positively encouraged. It must be the first time I've been told specifically to take as many pics as I like!

However instead of a church shot I though this was quite neat - can you spot me?
