Outside Fun

After A got home from school today, she and her brother enjoyed a snack and since the sun was still shining, they asked if they could go outside to play. So, they donned sweatshirts (which are missing in this picture), shoes and headed outside. They played a game on and around their play structure and had an absolute blast together for over an hour and a half. Closer to the time I was going to have them come in, they had a minor squabble over something and both of them were ready to come in. I fixed them a cup of hot chocolate to enjoy and warm up with once they came inside. Our grandson totally finished his chocolate and our granddaughter did as well, it just took her a little longer! What a fun couple of days I've had with the grands and their dad, as our daughter is on a trip to China with her dad and sister.
