Telkom Tower, Pretoria SA

I took a few shots in Pretoria today, for M (MissU2). I just want to get him into the 'feelling' for their visit to us in their Autumn and our Spring, later this year. I thought it appropriate, seeing that Pretoria was his city of residence for many years before he emigrated to Sweden. ;-)

This specific picture is of the huge Telkom Tower. Telkom being one of the main sponsors for the Soccer World Cub 2010, to be held in SA from 11 June to 11 July! Telkom will be the sole provider of communication lines for all the events to be broadcasted all over the world! I kind of like the soccer ball as part of the structure!

I posted a picture of UNISA as well, M stayed behind this building for quite a few years! UNISA qualifies as on of the world's mega universities, with at least 200,000 students enrolled for distance studies.
