The Plough

Its hard to believe that farmers really did use these hand ploughs in the days before tractors.... can you imagine how hard it must have been.

This lovely plough has been brightened up and now resides outside our local farm shop where I buy "happy" meat. What I mean by happy is that I know where the meat comes from and in some instances I may have even seen the animals grazing in the local fields (well, I like to think so).

Woofer Jnr loves a trip here as it means he gets a treat such as a bone to gnaw and today's should keep him going for a while!
