Istanbul ancient city wall

Today I visited a church on the edge of town close to the old city wall...
Parts of the wall were crumbling, with no way to climb to the top
But in other parts the old stone stairs still provided access to the top... no railings, very rustic but well worth the climb as the views were wonderful
