As promised yesterday, this combination of tastes is more reminiscent of Easter as a child than chocolate. I'm so glad Aunty Mariane brought some round so Agu can share that memory.

It was a very busy day of organising. After 40 attempted calls, I got through to the doctor's surgery. He made a home visit and started the ball rolling getting mum some help at home. It was all sorted by 5.30, to my enormous thanks and relief.

And what would we do without Betty? I know she'll be around next week to help organise the house and keep mum company. We love you Betty xxx
