Old door

One of the characteristics of living in an old house is that sometimes previous owners upgrade items like locks and door knobs without removing the old. This creates an odd disjunction, and the solution would be to remove the old and upgrade properly. On the other hand...I like the old.

It was a beautiful warm day today, with clear blue skies. If this is a typical NZ autumn. I love it.
