Excessive - day 4

That would describe the amount of food we consumed at our favorite restaurant La Medusa. The pic was from a wine tasting at our local wine shop - corks are from a Brut Rose from J vineyards. How apropos since I love Brut Rose and J&J are obviously our initials. Went there before eating at La Medusa. We've been eating so well lately that when we go out to eat we always over eat and feel terrible afterwards. Had too much wine, too much food and an excessive amount of calories. But enjoyed every second of it while we were eating it.

Off to bed with a full belly.
