Royal Fort Gardens

Taking full advantage of the change in the weather, I enjoyed my lunch sitting in Royal Fort Gardens today, so called because they are on the site of an English Civil War fort.

The gardens, which are owned by the University of Bristol, form a nice quiet refuge in the middle of the city.
