Here comes the sun(flowers)

We planted the sunflower seeds on the 28th March. The first one popped through on Tuesday, so just 9 days later. Very gratifying for a 6 year old, not to have to wait too long before seeing the results.

These are part of Nurture Store's Sunflower Club, which we received the seeds from.

New ones seem to be appearing by the hour.

The sun shone all day today and we had a lovely afternoon catching up with friends.
