Blossom (Take Two)
I was dissatisfied with yesterday's attempts at photographing the plum blossom as the one picture that hadn't completely blurred the petals was taken against the light in the late afternoon, so I had a second attempt this morning and managed to coax the auto-focus to do my bidding in this image.
I will be studying the manual tonight in search of manual operation settings, though if there are any they will be the arrow keys on the rear of the camera; not terribly convenient whilst simultaneously attempting to compose a shot. When did viewfinders and proper focussing rings become so out of fashion? I think I need a digital SLR.
