I ran some errands today with Willie, another intern. In the morning we were fairly optimitic about the weather, but soon enough I said "I hope it stays this way, doesn't need to get any warmer than this." Which it did, later I heared from a friend, J-lo Whom I met for drinks after work at Bedford Av, that this was the hottest April 7th in decades. It was al 90F/32C!

*can't get over the fact how confusing Fahrenheit is. Not to mention Yards and Inches. Who ever made up that there are 36" inches is a yard and 12" inches is a foot? I can't see the logic in it. Willie asked me today if we had foot in our metric system, I told him about our centimeters, meter & kilometers. Wauw, that makes so much more sense, Willie replied.
