Ramen time!

In Asia, one of the most famous dish will have to be the Japanese ramen. It's strange that in Japan, ramen is supposed to be a cheap traditional street food but it usually comes meticulously prepared.
It is said that from the taste of the soup stock, you would be able to tell the skills of the chef. In Singapore many Japanese ramen shop has spring up and is being touted as boutique dish.

This is one such ramen shop at the Mandarin Gallery in Singapore called Ippudo ramen. Taste ok but really nothing to shout about....
