A secret weapon maybe?

I was on a training course today so I arrived at Force HQ bright and breezy and spied this duck on top of the tree.

Think I may have inadvertently stumbled across the trialing of a new secret weapon in the fight against anti social behaviour!

Trust me....you wouldn't want to walk underneath it!!
