Meditation

Well another day gone, and the freezer still needs de-frosted. I got up early too. But somehow the day vanished; though not totally wasted. With all the books to be read, internet sites to browse and radio to listen to, there's no such thing as wasted time now is there?

Wasting time would be doing things like freezer defrostation.

Off out with some folks tonight. And very philisophical, interesting and enlightening it was too.
