My bike had worked flawlessly

..but at the same time my wet Pearl Izumis really made my feet suggest that it could be the time to turn my bike towards home after one and half hour journey. Luckily I was wearing extra pair of some hitech socks on my feet and managed to get back home even my neoprene overshoes had already given up.

Today the weather was really rainy and foggy but still had lot of fun biking next to Oulu river. As most of the bike lanes are already melted there is just some occasional spots of slush and ice. So I was biking, taking some photos and checking how other people were spending their public holiday. Some were running, some were biking and some were ice fishing right next to river that had already melted the ice at the streamy places. Got one quite nice shot of those crazy people fishing :)

Even the weather wasn't so good, still everyone was enjoying themselves and you could see the happiness from peoples faces. I think that if nothing else, that really sums up everything: the spring is finally coming also to the north..
