Mmmmm CAKE!!

Overall, I had a very good Easter! Like every holiday, there are ups and down. This cake is a gluten-free flourless cake and it is absolutely amazing. It's like the fudgiest brownie I have ever eaten. Mmmmm!!! My sister has celiac disease so we had a gluten-free dinner and it was soooo delicious. I gave up snacking at night (except for fruits and veggies) for lent and even though lent is over now, I think I will continue it because I have lost a little bit of weight!!

I have a big accounting test on friday over 10 chapters so I started studying today! I don't want to get another bad grade on an accounting test!
