I've had "blue screen" cold sweats on a number of occasions but this seems to be altogether more serious.

My laptop never forgave me for the upgrade to my current desktop.
When I decided that:
- a desktop is a lot more powerful, upgradeable and customizable
- I used my laptop in the exact same spot 98% of the time
- I cherry-picked the components for my desktop three years ago, built it from scratch and it is still giving great performance
- I will never have to deal with the Dell "help" desk ever again: I now have to sort out issues on my own, I manage to be just as incompetent as them but at least it is a lot faster!

Still, it is sad to see this one go. I would like to try and fix it but this latest error message is kinda worrying. Especially the Control + Alt + Middle-finger-up-in-your-face bit...
