Well behind with the running and decided I needed to do something to try and keep moving so now have paid for 10 swim sessions at the local pool. Theory is that now I've paid to go swimming I will actually get out there. There is something rather lovely about being the first in the pool at 7.04am and having at least a lane and a couple of lengths to myself!
