Easter al cartoccio

Easter lunch: vegetables al cartoccio - which in Italian means baked in foil - cooked in the fireplace of the cottage nearby Orivesi (Finland), where we spent few days relaxing body and soul and enjoying the great company. Perfect weekend. The vegetables were served with some delicious pork meat. Thanks Simona.
