The Strathspey Steam Railway
The Strathspey Steam Railway runs from Avimore to Broomhill via Boat of Garten. It takes about 90 minutes for the round trip and is very evocative of days gone by. With the snow today, it was vaguely reminiscent of Doctor Zhivago.
