Firsts

Had my first outdoor game this year today. It looked a bit unlikely at three as the sky darkened and it started to hail, followed by rain, however by six it had cleared and we were able to play, with a short rain break which actually wasn't long enough for the kettle to boil. Afterwards we partook of the mandatory après tennis across the road at the Plume.

Another first was last night at the Rose in the pub quiz. We only got six questions wrong, which could be a record for us, see if you could have made us a even better:

Apart from playing tennis today I've been back working on the bedroom. There's even more holes in the floor, and I've got another new toy, a warranty replacement angle grinder from Wickes.
