The swans have nested right outside our office on the bank of the canal. Today I went out to take some pictures of the swans on their nest. I got some lovely ones but this is my favourite. I love the water drops the swans back.

India is not settling well tonight. At this moment she is playing the getting up without mummy and daddy hearing her game very adeptly.

Exercise log - I did about 3k this afternoon and an hour of physio this morning.
