It's not supposed to be there.

No, this is not an April Fool's photograph. There really is not supposed to be a raging torrent here. We have had so much rain that the main river has burst its banks { you can see in the middle distance where the levee has broken } and this quiet little tinkling stream has become a monster.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Nessie's cousin instead of trout in it this year.
