Look! Blue skies!

At last! What a beautiful evening - if a little chilly right enough! I ventured outside without a jacket to take this picture - I was actually going out to check if the ornamental cherry tree in the back garden had any blossom on it yet for a nice photo (not a chance!), and thought this other naked tree looked pretty striking against the blue blue Scottish sky instead. Maybe in a week or so I might get a blossomy tree posing for a photo!

Easter holidays start today, a long weekend for the whole family, yippee!! Husband off out galavanting in Edinburgh tonight and not back till tomorrow so me and the kids have the house to ourselves. Think I'll let them stay up a bit late, get the tunes on and have a good giggle as I watch them boogie on down on the living room carpet!! Good times!
