Yesterday's blip was true!!

Was a miserable day here. Howling gales and nasty rain. Decided to drive across town to my friend's for dinner, as I didnt fancy the 15 min walk from the bus stop to her flat in that weather. Hindsight is a wonderful thing....if Id known i was to be met by thick snow, ungritted roads and a hair-raising drive/slide home, I may have taken the bus after all!
