We lost Hilary a year ago today. I remember receiving the news, numbed that she left us so suddenly.

We miss her very much. I referred to her on Christmas Day as we lit the candle. She is the reason I joined Blipfoto, and here is the link to the short journal she created - What I saw today. Her spirit lives on in R, L and A and we look forward to seeing them soon. Our thoughts are with them and J today. Thank you A for travelling down to be with them.

I have chosen something she made especially for me, a birthday gift about four years ago, hidden inside a circular jewellery box. A simple piece of paper to treasure. It reflects her sense of fun.

Psalm 91 : "She who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty."
