Curious developments

Those of you who saw my blips of 2 February and 12 March might like to speculate on what in tarnation is going on in this odd Lewes shop window now....the whitewash has gone from the window, although as you see it's a bit grubby, and here stands a strange mannequin adorned with bits of metalwork before a wall of striplights.
