Sitting pretty

Today is the first day that Kerr has sat confidently unaided for a good length of time (about 15 minutes). Yay!! He has now realised that he can stabilise himself by putting his hands on the floor to the side of him, and was quite happy like this after lunch. He then did it again at Rhyme Time (yes, we braved the horrible weather - anything to get out the house for a bit and break the day up!). Only 10 babies were there today as opposed to the usual 20+.

I better go and fill in his baby progress book with today's date for sitting up unaided. I have been a bit slack at filling it all in recently, in fact I haven't even looked at it since I started this blip journal - oops! I suppose this is a better record of all his achievements since I'm doing it every day, so I don't really feel too bad.

It has now started to snow - not the good white fluffy snow which looks pretty, we have got the cold, wet, sleety snow which makes you want to curl up and hibernate. Where is Spring?!!
