Making Flapjack

I don't often get flapjack right. It's either too hard and you worry about breaking your teeth, or it's too soft and the floor end's up with more of it than your tummy. I know I really should find one decent recipe, but I haven't. Well not yet anyway.

Today's attempt was firmly in the tooth breaking camp. Oh well, there's always another day!
